Many people in life want to change something to enable them to live healthier and happier lives. You may be one of those people. Have you ever wanted to attend counselling but didn't because you felt it wasn't for you? Or it was too expensive? Or you couldn't commit to ongoing sessions? Then come to our 'Change Something' workshops. We will explore topics such as Building Confidence, Reducing Anxiety, Communicating Better in our Relationships and Dealing with People You Just Cannotnstand. You do not have to attained all workshops in the series but can dip in and out attending those which will Help You To Be Happy at specific times in your life. Workshops last 2 hours, groups are small, cost just £18 per person and they are held in Manchester and Todmorden venues. They are facilitated by a passionate and experienced trainer working with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) techniques who has over 12 years of supporting people through personal and organisational change.
