What We Do:
We are a self-protection and security training company based in Cork, Ireland. We hold classes, seminars, and private training groups focusing on armed/ unarmed self-protection tactics and mixed martial arts.

Our main emphasis is placed on prevention, de-escalation and the direct action tactics used when dealing with the threat of lethal violence. We aim to provide our clients with verifiable, field tested self-protection concepts that won't take a lifetime to master. We focus on developing the mind’s natural integration to a given environment/situation and going beyond what you perceive your potential capabilities to be.
Background:

Our instructors have extensive backgrounds in security, military, self-protection, and combative martial arts. Their knowledge also comes from a minimum of twenty years operational experience in their relevant occupations. The training concepts we teach are rooted in real world applications that have been learned the hard way.
