Sunny Art Centre - Central London drawing and painting school

Sunny Art Centre is Located in Aldgate East, next door to The Whitechapel Art Gallery, just 1 minute walk from Aldgate East tube station.

We provide drop in evening and weekend art lessons in London, our art classes are designed for anyone who wants to develop and improve their drawing and painting skills, and also for students who want to prepare their art portfolio for degree applications. The drawing and painting classes provide an introduction to the use of drawing and painting media and materials, the selection and development of subject matter, and to the use of line, tone, colour, proportion, scale and composition.

Our London Art Classes are designed to develop confidence in the handling of media and materials, such as; oils, acrylics, watercolours, pastels, charcoal and graphite and in the development of themes such as; calligraphy, portraiture, still life, old master techniques, Chinese painting, life drawing and cast drawing.

On completion of the course, students will have acquired a broad skills base and a thorough understanding of a range of techniques and of the use of drawing and paint based media. Students will also have learned how to instigate and develop creative ideas. These courses cover a variety of skill-levels are suitable for both complete beginners and experienced artists.

Our art classes aim to provide students with an easy to follow structure to understand principles. Our tutors will work individually with each student using different methods to help everyone find their own value and opinion on art, which enables students to come up with a great full finished work that exceeds expectations.

In order to meet the increasing demand, Sunny Art Centre has designed a set of academic art classes for the students at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels. There are also hobby classes designed for art lovers who are focusing more on the experience of trying different kinds of arts and themes. Student can choose 4-24 sessions from our beginner classes, intermediate and advanced classes, or hobby classes according to your personal needs.

Our aim is that each student will ultimately develop a unique artistic sensibility which they can call their own.

Saturday:10:00am - 12:30pm, 1:00pm - 3:30pm, 4:00pm - 6:30pm
Sunday:10:00am - 12:30pm, 2:30pm - 5:00pm
