Angela Ciandro is a teacher, theatre devisor, actor, writer and director from Northern California. She is committed to creating and producing provocative, in-your-lap performance. Angela engages her audience in an immediate, meta-theatrical storytelling style that incorporates a wide range of arts - from physical theatre, audience interaction, and Viewpoints to visual media and cabaret. Angela constantly challenges her audience with invigorating theatrical forms that defy traditional perceptions.

Education
Angela received her Masters in Fine Arts in Lecoq Based Actor Created Theatre from Naropa University and the London International School of Performing Arts (LISPA). Prior to this she received her Bachelors Degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Queer and Experimental Performance from New College of California, in San Francisco, California, USA.

Angela recently founded an international Physical Theatre workshop charity in London and San Francisco, California called VoiceOUT!

Teaching Theory
I engage my students through high energy, experiential classes geared towards performers, actors and public speakers of any level who seek to integrate their body, mind and voice towards communicating fully in their lives and as well as their art. I believe everyone has a unique and distinctive voice worth sharing.
