Our aim is to provide quality instruction, promote health and fitness, develop self defence knowledge and build confidence. We welcome adults of all ages and ability and Crofton Kids Karate classes are a good way to get youngsters age 6yrs and above away from the television and games consoles! Karate enables them to have fun, get fit and channel their energy and meet new friends in an activity for life!
Alan currently holds the rank of 5th Dan and we are associated with the Shotokan of England Karate Union, headed by ex gold medalist Sensei Mick Dewey 7th Dan.
