We are living in extraordinary times, times that demand we deal with challenges, uncertainty and a rate of change that leaves most of us grappling daily. Coaching can be a profound experience that brings about sustained change, connection and purpose that is far beyond what the many ubiquitous “quick fix” solutions promise and can deliver.

I practice Integral Coaching and work with people as whole beings and create a space for people to bring all of themselves into coaching. I work in partnership with each client to bring about their stated outcomes, developing a personalized development plan for each client with practices that develop competencies and qualities. As Aristotle said: “We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit”.

I have completed my coaching studies through the Centre for Coaching (University of Cape Town Business School) and through New Ventures West and have successfully complete their Professional Coaching Course (ICF accredited).

I have spent the last 17 years working in Human Resources in a career that has spanned the Retail, Surveying and Banking industries in both Southern Africa and in the UK. My roles have included various senior Generalist, Learning and Development, Leadership and Executive Development positions in large Blue Chip organizations.
