Rates: Classes £100 per ten week course, workshops £40 per day, private lessons £20 per hour

I currently teach patchwork and quilting, Mondays 10 am - 12 noon at Loosemore Community Centre, Sheffield. I have 12 students on the course and this is an ongoing course currently in its fourth year.
I am 63 years old, retiring January 2011 from my job as a Learning Champion, and I am hoping to expand my classes and devote more time to patchwork as I lead up to this different phase in my life.

Group Classes

Patchwork and Quilting

Courses are ongoing and cover many aspects of patchwork and quilting. You will produce quilts (lap, cot, single, double, king size, super king), wall hangings,table runners and mats, cushions etc either working by hand or machine. If you prefer the gentler approach and don't want to make something in a rush, hand work is the answer. Machine work will see your project grow faster, and machines are provided if you do not want to carry your own.
