Director of The Singing and Voice Centre, Anthony Norton teaches Singing, concentrating on a solid foundation of classical Bel Canto technique employing and integrating different styles and methods as required by different students. He is an internationally experienced performer and teacher, having performed at La scala Milan, Covent Garden and on Broadway, New York etc. He has twenty years experience as a teacher and has guided numerous students to a secure technical foundation enabling them the freedom to achieve the very best results in examinations, diplomas, auditions and performances at all levels, both professional and as gifted amateurs. As well as his own private practice in Manchester, he is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Performing Arts at Edge Hill University, a visiting lecturer at LIPA on the MA course in performance arts in education and a singing tutor to both singers and actors on the BA Hons course in professional stage practice at The Arden School of Theatre.
