This intensive 8--week course is based on the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course developed by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn.
Mindfulness - Orientation / Taster session
The Orientation session is a chance to learn more about mindfulness and the 8-week course, is open to everyone and a requirement for those intending to attend the 8-week course.
