Bärbel Rücker
Argentine tango lessons with Bärbel Rücker | Tanzbar are now available in the UK. Based in Gloucestershire, in the Forest of Dean area her teaching can be attended in Bream, Lydney, Cardiff & Tidenham Chase.
Bärbel has been dancing Tango since 1997, teaching since 1999, and touring throughout Europe as dancer and teacher since 2006. Between 2006 and 2009, Bärbel spent a total of 11 months in Buenos Aires immersing herself completely in Tango.
In April 2008, Bärbel began DJ’ing, introducing her personal approach, combining a rich variety of traditional Tango music, throughout Europe.
In January 2009, Bärbel surrendered to her passion for Tango Argentino, and started her “one woman company”, Tanzbar | Bärbel Rücker.

Argentine Tango Lessons in The Forest of Dean - LYDNEY
The tango lesson ONE will be addressed to (absolute) beginners and focussed on basic elements of social tango, embracing your partner, and walking with the music. The tango lesson TWO will be adapted to the needs of the students. After the lessons there will be some time of free dance and practising (practica).
Tango teacher
Teacher Bärbel Rücker has danced tango for 17 years and taught it for 15. Her approach is clear and direct.
