Ben Drury is a dynamic, entertaining and innovative speaker, who has honed his skills during over 15 years involvement in stage productions.

For the last 20 years Ben has been leading teams, delivering seminars and developing people in business, in sport, in theatre, in music and in individual lives. He has empowered many people to achieve amazing success and has been described as "a catalyst for others" and "an inspiration".

Ben started developing people at 17 years of age. A group of students at his school wanted to start a band. Ben paid for a venue, sold tickets and even arranged a bus to get people there. The place was packed and the atmosphere was electric. Ben made £700 in one night. He has been creating opportunities to develop people every since.

Our sessions can be anything from a 15 minute motivational session to a 3 day interactive workshop. We can cover a variety of topics including inspiring leadership, team motivation, using creativity, idea generation, personal development and effective communication.
