Experience

Teaching and Feltmaking

I have been felting for about 10 years and am a member of the International Feltmakers Association. My work has been in magazines, showcased on various internet sites and published in a book.

Having spent a few years teaching textiles in a secondary school I then began to teach textiles to adults with visual impairment. I have also taught felt making at an evening class in Ripon and now teach felting workshops once a month.

I have just completed City and Guilds Felt Making part 2, and will be beginning part 3 in the 2010.
