I am a potter who runs evening classes and workshops covering all types of pottery production.
I am based at the Upwey Old School Village Hall, between Weymouth and Dorchester.
I run workshops at other locations and can come to clients premises.
I am part of the Upwey Potters group, who teach and exhibit pottery.
I specialise in teaching throwing on the wheel.
I also run Raku firing sessions.
I make mosaics in the Roman style, using cubes made of various clays.
I am interested in prehistoric pottery and make replicas of Bronze Age urns and beakers, which I teach people how to make, often as part of events run by the Ancient Wessex Network (which I help organise).
