I was brought up on hearty, rustic homemade northern Chinese food. It is not the glow in the dark sweet 'n' sour you see in takeaways! I love cooking and sharing the experience of making healthy, traditional Chinese food and would love to teach anyone who is interested in cooking, and lovers of food like myself :)
