Boxercise Birmingham
Boxercise classes take tried and tested boxing training methods to burn calories and get you fighting fit. You'll also learn how to throw dynamite punches at speed. Luckily, you'll gain all this without having to get punched in the face!
Classes are structured to take account of all fitness levels. This makes each class, safe and accessible for complete beginners and prevents experienced participants hitting a plateau.
