Carol Young
Carol has been practising Yoga for over 30 years and teaching since 1999. During her thirties she was influenced by the late Philip Jones and developed a daily home practice that opened her up to the deeper spiritual aspects of Yoga. During her nursing career she witnessed the damage stress can cause in the body and mind if not managed. Her teaching encourages students to work at their level with kindness and curiosity.

Beginners yoga 6 week course
Beginners yoga course overview
This 6 week course is designed to give students the information, skills and knowledge to enable them to attend yoga classes with confidence. Discovering what our bodies can and cannot do, finding ways to join in with the class safely within your limitations. Working with kind effort – so you feel a stretch but not a strain. Allowing the body to regain and maintain flexibility, balance and co-ordination. You will be given a home practice each week to build strength, flexibility and knowledge about your body and it’s needs.
