Cath helps people who are in pain, but as pain is a complex subject it is not always just Pilates we can do. Pain arises from many sources and can have a dramatic effect on people lives. With the skills she has from working in Chronic Pain, Cath is empathetic and understanding, at the same time as being thorough with her teaching and explanations.
She sees many clients who have diverse exercise backgrounds - from marathon runners to those in wheelchairs and with limited mobility.
Through Experience Pilates, Cath teaches both groups and individuals, with the aim of helping clients work on both their bodies and their minds. She has a home studio which boasts the areas only Springboard - a specialist piece of Pilates equipment.

Cath promises that with regular practice, you'll not only start to see long, strong muscles (which give you a svelte silhouette) but you'll also have a sense of well-being and relaxation!
