Beginners Massage One Day Workshop
I have been running Massage Workshops now for 3 years and been a therapist for 20.
The art of Massage is fun and easy to learn and great to use on family or friends - They will LOVE you -
You will be shown how to give a full body massage , meaning the arms and hands, legs and feet, stomach (optional) and back.
The techniques are Swedish or Holistic Massage using massage strokes such as Efflurage, Petrissage, Kneading, Cupping and Hacking.
Throughou the day your modesty is considered and at no time will you be exposed. Only the area that we are massaging will be uncovered to allow us to work on this area.
The course runs from 10.30-4.30pm.
