Cerasela Enusca
An enthusiastic and creative Qualified Languages Teacher and Proofreader, with a variegated working experience in different contexts and multicultural environments.
More than ten years of study and work experience as a languages teacher and multilingual translator/interpreter/proofreader (Italian, Spanish, French, English and Romanian).
As a teacher I aim to encourage students to develop to their full potential and enrich their linguistic and cultural heritage through the use of cutting-edge language teaching techniques.
With excellent results, I fully exploit the potential of authentic materials (music, short films, books, articles) and drama techniques, which I had the opportunity to deeply research at the Institute of Education (University of London) and then put into practice in the London schools for which I worked.
My lessons are always student-centred, interactive, stimulating and related to real life, cultural situations and/or to exam requirements (GCSE, A-levels, International Baccalaureate, IELTS, TEFL), according to students' needs.
I place high value on mutual respect, cooperation and active participation, the use of humour and imagination. Since I am very ambitious, determined and have high expectations, my students and I always work arduously and achieve our objectives.
Key achievements:
1- Gained a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) from a top tier university (Institute of Education, University of London);
2- Won the National Competition of Romanesque Languages - Italian language section (in 2003 and 2004 with a 10/10 result);
3- Conceived and ran an English language Workshop project for Cranfield University's students, where all had the possibility to teach and learn, revise grammar, discuss and share opinions.

Ana Persinaru, Lower Sixth student, The Harrodian School:
"I have known Ms Cerasela since September this year, when she became my private tutor for Italian language.
Ms Cerasela is an extraordinary young teacher. As her pupil I have seen many examples of her talent in linguistics and her broad interests not only in the Italian culture and civilisation but also in British, French and Spanish as well. She communicates her ideas clearly, in a smooth and efficient manner. She is reliable, dynamic and intelligent person with a good sense of humour. It is a pleasure to spend some time with her every week and I benefit a lot from her knowledge.
I will always hold her in the highest esteem and I highly recommend Ms Cerasela as a talented teacher and a great person. "
Ms Gergana Schneider, Head of Spanish at Elthorn Park High School, London.
"During her time at Elthorn, Cerasela has demonstrated that she has high expectations of pupils and has been an excellent role model for them.
Cerasela has been a real asset to the department. She shows a clear capacity to evaluate different teaching approaches and to reflect upon her own practice. She has worked very effectively as part of the Modern Foreign Languages team and built rapport with learners.
I cannot comment highly enough her ability to independently plan and research her materials and evaluate her teaching."
Patrizia Minella, Director at CeSPI (Centro Studi Problemi Internazionali) - NGO
" […] she has completely succeeded in organising her own lessons delineating a programme with clear objectives, which has completely brought to completion, proving a clear confidence and the right flexibility and pro-activity in dealing with a totally variegate and stimulating group of students. At the end of the course she has received the maximum of appreciation from both students and teachers for her commitment and professionalism."
