Claire Hammett

I am a professional singer and singing teacher based in East Dulwich, South East London. I teach one to one individual vocal lessons at my home but I am also happy to travel within the South East London area.

I teach singing to all abilities and ages from beginner to advanced. Whether you want to learn for fun or to improve your confidence then look no further. I teach pop, musical theatre, Jazz, rock and folk. However I don't teach classical or opera.

I graduated from Paul McCartney's LIPA (Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts with a First Class hnours in Performing Arts Music in 2007 and since graduating I have re-located to London where I work extensively as a vocalist for various London based bands including the 1940's all female swing band 'The Bombshellettes' with whom I have had the delight of performing at various London Jazz venues and festivals including the Lovebox festival in Victoria Park. I have a range of professional experience in recording and within the genre of Musical Theatre.
