I began studying yoga, movement and bodywork in 1994 and have been teaching Movement and Yoga since 2001. I offer classes, workshops snd one-to-one work in Cork (unity yoga centre) and Tower (blarney).
My Primary teacher since 1997 is movement meditation Master Suprapto Suryadarmo from Java. He inspired me to begin teaching movement in 2001. He has placed me on his list of teachers and i assisted him in Ireland, UK, Germany and Holland.
I have also studied with Contemporary Yoga (cork), Sandra Reeves (Move into Life), Tim Jones (voice and movement), Angela Farmer and Victor Van Hooten (Inner Body Yoga), and Caryn McHose and Andrea Olsen (Body and Earth training in developmental movement). I trained in Pregnancy Yoga and Mum and Baby Yoga with Birthlight (UK).
