I work for De Montfort Students' Union and co-ordinate the ILM Level 3 First Line Management course. We deliver this as an Award (requiring five credits) or as individual units.

We currently cover sessions including achieving objectives through time management, creativity and innovation in the workplace, understanding the communciation process, developing yourself and others, health and safety, problem solving and decision making.
