My Name is Colin Hardman. I am Body and Mind fitness specialist and Exercise Professional with (Reps). I am also recognised as one of the leading Martial Art Masters in the United Kingdom.
I have over 24 years teaching experience. I have taught in sport and community centres, and Liverpool Education schools. I also teach one2one clients in the Walton area of Liverpool. With my Unique / insights into teaching methods I have changed the lives of many of my students and clients.
I am also a fully qualified hypnotherapist. I hold a Master Diploma in Hypnotherapy. I am also a qualified Life coach, Personal fitness trainer, and NLP, CBT Practitioner and Stress Management consultant that I use within my therapies. Fully Insured and registered with the British Institute of Hypnotherapy and the Independent Professional Therapists International.

Liverpool Martial Arts with the Hardman Brothers 7th Degree Blackbelt
One 2 One Class taking place in Liverpool- Walton
I have been teaching Martial Arts since 1986 in the Anfield and Walton Area of Liverpool. I am offering One 2 One classes from my home address In the Walton area of Liverpool. I have been teaching one 2 one from my home address in Walton, Liverpool for the past 8 years.
I will supply all the training equipment, and I also have the use of 2 rooms, one of the rooms we use have training bags such as; Heavy Bag, Bob type strike men, and top and bottom bag.
I am fully insured and qualified, and I will list my qualifications below.
Ju Jitsu 7th Dan Blackbelt

Kickboxing 6th Dan Blackbelt

kick boxing
The class is an enjoyable way of using the techniques of kickboxing which will include training drills using kicks, punching , knees and elbows. It’s a total full body workout using aerobic & kickboxing techniques. Target pad work will be included in the classes alongside heavy bag and floor to ceiling bag.
Cardio fitness Kickboxing
The class is an enjoyable way of using the techniques of kickboxing without the contact. It’s a total full body workout using aerobic & kickboxing techniques. Skipping various methods and target pad work will be included in the classes. Its totally none contact.
Cardio Ladies Kickboxing.
This class is a total full body workout that combines Kickboxing & Power stretching that will stretch and lengthen all the main muscles of the body and will produce an aerobic and cardio workout using kickboxing techniques. It’s a martial art based class for ladies and partner work and self defence techniques will be covered.
Kempo Karate
Using Karate type of drills without the normal complicated routines that are normally taught in most karate classes. Students will reach peak fitness improving their muscular strength and endurance. Kempo Karate also uses techniques from Kickboxing, Ju Jitsu and Karate. It is an excellent system of Self Defence. Students can also be awarded examinations. This is my most popular one2one Class
Kempo Jutsu
Using Karate techniques combined with Ju Jitsu locking and holding techniques.
Self Defence combining Kempo & Ju Jitsu
This class will focus on partner work using various methods of self defence from Ju Jitsu and Kempo Karate. Various methods of self defence will be included as well as weapon defences.
Multi Style Martial Arts
This Class can be programmed for yourself.
Goshin Jutsu
A self defence system including various methods of self defence.
