Adults male and female class (over 15 years of age) teaching traditional Kung Fu basics, forms, weapons, free sparring, competition sparring, Qi Gong and Dao Yin.
I have been practicing Lau Gar Kung Fu for 20 years, and have achieved 3rd degree Black Sash.
Our group is a full registered member of the BKFA (British kung Fu Association) www.laugar-kungfu.com under Master Yau.
1-2-1 training is available to suitable applicants. Please call for more information and cost.

There is no membership fee, however a BKFA licence will be required prior to sitting the first level grading. Licence fee: £18.00

This is a contact activity, therefore there will be limited physical contact between fellow students and also with the instructor.
Instructor is CRB cleared.
