Daniel Whitting

Hi!

My name is Daniel. I've been playing guitar for about 17 years, and I've been teaching for the last 3. I currently work for Cardiff County Music Service, teaching at primary and secondary schools across Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan, and for Forte School of Music in Caerphilly teaching groups of 3-4 children between the ages of 6 and 13.

I play (and teach) both classical and electric guitar. I have Electric Guitar Grade 8 (Rock School) and am Grade 8+ standard on Classical Guitar also. I am also able to teach Music Theory up to Grade 5 standard. I am happy to teach any age and ability, having previously taught complete novices, through to quite competent guitarists.

I currently teach at my home, but am happy to travel in the Cardiff area to teach, subject to a small extra fee depending on location.
