Delyth’s workshops aim to give participants the information and inspiration to make simple dietary changes for long term health - quickly and easily. By following some basic keys, you can make all the difference to your health with food.
Delyth is a member of The British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council Register (CNHC), Institute for Functional Medicine and is on the NHS Register of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.
