Dionne Ible
I am a very enthusiastic and keen mosaic artist who is now offering creative practioner services to all schools, colleges, universities, clubs and groups.
As well as working with schools and clubs, I have successfully worked with learning disability groups on mosaic workshops.
I can also work with your group to create wall murals or friezes. Projects can easily fit into the school curriculum or can be tailored to suit your individual needs e.g. special holidays or events
Please do not hesitate to contact me for more information or visit my website.

Experience
Mosaic Artist / Creative Practitioner / Tutor
Dionne Ible is an up and coming mosaic artist who first started in 2002. She attended a 10-week introduction to mosaics course at the Working Mens College in London and there produced her first piece. She loved the course so much it inspired her to do more and to also find out if other people would be interested in her work.
After having two children Dionne found it very difficult fitting in home life, work and creating her wonderful mosaics. The mosaics, therefore, were put on the back burner for a while. Now, she’s back and determined to fit in her mosaics by any means necessary.
Dionne gave birth to her company name “Qemamu” in September of 2006. Qemamu means creator or creation and is an Egyptian name so chosen because it describes exactly what mosaics is all about. Her works embrace her African culture that makes her pieces very unique and inspiring.
Dionne is a member of the British Association for Modern Mosaic (BAMM) who promote, encourage and support excellence in contemporary mosaic art and raise public awareness of modern mosaic art through exhibitions, publications, events and related educational activities.
Dionne runs mosaic art workshops and is experienced in working with a variety of groups to include community groups and special needs groups.
Dionne is happy to do a commission if you so choose and is always open for new and creative designs.
