Aim For Fitness (Personal Training)
My passion for health and fitness began from an early age when I started training in martial arts. The regime of self discipline, commitment to training development and the personal journey you embark upon, captured me from the outset and ignited the spark for learning and development in further martial arts and onto other areas of sports and fitness.
Having trained in 6 different martial arts over 20 years I have maintained an excellent level of personal fitness. In Tae Kwon Do I developed the attributes of courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control and an indomitable spirit, characteristics which I still hold of great importance.
I specialize in stretching and flexibility, vital components of any fitness program, which are often neglected. Stretching assists in the prevention of injury and helps maintain flexibility and full range of movement, aiding correct posture. Even where clients have failed to incorporate either preparatory or maintenance stretching over a long period of time, I can assist them to gradually attain increasing levels of flexibility.
I regularly enjoy running and cycling, both mountain biking and road racing as part of my own fitness program and I am always keen to participate in new sporting activities.
In recent years I have invested a great deal of my time studying the nutritional aspects of fitness and I have become very knowledgeable in this area. I strive to constantly learn and update my skills, believing there is always more to learn. This enables me to bring you the most up to date training and nutritional advice, so that you may achieve excellent results.
I aim to provide you with an outstanding level of service and training and if you are willing to offer your commitment in return, we will transform your level of health and fitness, in order that you may enjoy your life to the full.
