I am fully qualified Instructor of Tukido: The Art of Skilful Combat, which has been coaching ordinary people in self defence, fitness, martial arts and oriental philosophy for nearly thirty years.

Tukido is a dynamic form of martial art which is very easy to learn and to use in real life situations. Not only that, it teaches positive spirit, determination and respect and allows people to see their own hidden potential.

Do you know what you are really capable of? Tukido is for all, young (minimum age 12) and old, and for anyone of any fitness level.
