Qualified saxophone teacher offers beginner to advanced level saxophone lessons and tuition. Presently teaching a wide range of styles including jazz, blues and classical. Programmes taught include ABRSM classical saxophone, Trinity Guildhall jazz saxophone or a flexible learning approach is available for the more casual student. Help is provided with a variety of techniques including advice on understanding notated music, correct posture and breathing, articulation, sight reading, recommended equipment, jazz/blues improvisation and performance with other musicians. Also teaching music theory to ABRSM Grade 5 level, either as part of saxophone lessons or as individual classes.

Currently teaching in central Brighton & Hove with full studio facilities. Tutor also travels to students within the Brighton & Hove area including Lewes, Worthing, Falmer, Shoreham by Sea, Burgess Hill, Portslade and nearby regions of East Sussex.All ages welcome, from children to mature adults. All common saxophones catered for (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone sax).
