Georgina Rodgers

I am Georgina, an Art and Design teacher, lecturer and designer based in South London. I have a degree in Decorative Arts, specialising in kiln formed glass and an MA in Fashion and Textiles. I also run my own fashion accessories label.
I am experienced in a variety of media, processes and subject areas including: drawing (dry media, pencil, charcoal etc.), painting (acrylic, watercolour, oil), textiles, fashion, glass, ceramics, jewellery design and hand rendered illustration.
I have been teaching for six years and have experience teaching in schools (primary and secondary), colleges, community centres and private tuition.
I have taught BTEC qualifications, GCSEs and A 'Level in Art and Design and Textiles and have worked as course leader on an Art foundation course helping students gain entry into top Art colleges (including University of the Arts, Slade School of Art, Goldsmiths, Manchester Met, Nottingham Trent)
I am happy to tutor privately or small groups, children or adults. I can offer tuition for GCSE, A Level, Art Foundation and portfolio preparation for entry to university as well as recreational art and textiles classes. I teach Art History to A Level.
