Harriet Adie

Harriet is a freelance harpist based in South West/Central London. She studied at Balliol College, Oxford and Trinity College of Music and has played with top British Orchestras such as the Philharmonia and Northern Sinfonia.

Harriet is a committed teacher who caters for all ages and abilities. It is very important to her that lessons remain fun as well as educational and she uses her ability as a composer to create pieces specific to each student as well as making use of the huge amount of harp music already written! She has a flexible approach to teaching, taking into account the different personalities and abilities of her students. Harriet caters for both pedal and non-pedal harpists.
