Heidi Smith

I am a certified hatha yoga teacher of adults and children and a HypnoBirthing practitioner. I have trained in schools in Nepal, Thailand and London, this learning and numerous retreats and workshops inform my own practice and teaching.

I am interested in working with the physical and energetic layers of the body enabling deeper relaxation, purification, and healing on an emotional, physical and spiritual level so that we can live more harmoniously in our day to day lives.

I love children and offer fun kids classes in schools, studios and private homes across London, helping children to learn about yoga, themselves, relax, build self esteem and tools to cope with the challenges life offers.

HypnoBirthing is another hoistic tool I offer pregnant couples. It is a fantastic technique that empowers women to birth consciously, comfortably and naturally.
