Huw Griffiths
A Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) facilitator, trained to teach at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice at the University of Wales in Bangor. A Five Element Acupuncturist for 22 years and a long term meditater has attended many Buddhist based teachings in support of his own personal practice.
Huw currently runs Eight Week (MBSR) Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses in Bath, Bristol and in London.
