Nourishing the ground of creativity

Clearing the ground & developing a creative momentum
16th April 2011. 7-10pm
Eastbourne house, Bethnal Green
This workshop explores how to overcome personal obstacles and limitations to your creative process. The main approach here is essentially positive in as much as we are focussed on momentum rather primarily on difficulties or obstruction. Dealing with difficulties come out of a sense of inner space and having a momentum in your project. The experience of open space and momentum are crucial to dealing with limitations. We use practical exercises to develop a sense of free open expansiveness and a continuous flow of creative energy.

The main approach of this workshop is to explore the particular qualities which make up creativity. The starting point is the relationship between intuition and creativity and how they relate to each other.
Includes meditations to exercise the qualities of intuition and creativity.

Triggering the potential Creativity

Saturday 18th June, 7-10pm

Eastbourne House, Bethnal Green

The main approach of this workshop is to explore the primary faculties of thought and imagination and how they contribute to being in a creative state of mind.

All the three workshops are at the London Buddhist Art Centre, Eastbourne House, Bullards Place, Bethnal Green, London, E2 OPT.

Entering the frame of mind from which creativity can emerge.
