I am a Tai Chi Union for Great Britain (TCUGB) registered instructor and have been involved with learning and instructing traditional Yang style tai chi chaun and qigong for over 10 years. Along with a number of instructors based in North Wales,Chester and the Wirral we offer instruction and guidance which is based on an individuals needs to improve their health and wellbeing. Our main aim is to help students to regain mental and physical balance,improve skeletal and muscular flexibility by using simple but effective postures based on traditional Taoist teachings.
