Jemma is a fully qualified Sivananda Yoga Teacher and is trained to teach Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga and Dance Yoga. Jemma runs classes in and around Ipswich.
Jemma has been practicing for nine years and teaches from the heart giving sensitive adjustments to students helping them move deeper into poses. Jemma has trained as a shiatsu practitioner and reflexologist also.
