Hello and thank you for checking out my profile!

My name’s Jessica Rose, I am a natural voice practitioner, creativity coach and a newly qualified yoga teacher based in North London.

I’ve been teaching singing and musicianship for a little over ten years both privately and in group settings, and recently decided to train as a yoga teacher so that I could share the mental and physical benefits of breath work, meditation and body work with other singers and musicians – it has helped me so much in my own creative work and my life in general! I have also trained as a creativity coach with Eric Maisel PhD so that I can help my students to overcome the common blocks that artists and performers encounter in their creative lives.

I teach privately and in group settings. My singing classes are opne to anyone who is interested in improving their voice. I also teach yoga to musicians, singers, creatives and anyone who is curious about the creative process and how yoga can help.

For those wishing to take their creative projects to the next level I also offer creative coaching.

The Voice Gym Singing Class

As singers we don’t have the luxury of taking our instrument into the shop for repairs or to have a service – WE ARE THE INSTRUMENT.

Singing is a physical activity that involves the coordination of hundreds of muscles which we keep in shape using vocal exercises, much like an athlete training at the gym.

Voice Gym Classes are open to any singer who wants to improve their voice regardless of ability or experience. Classes are kept small to provide a safe and fun environment for singing, learning and experimenting:

- Learn to sing
- Improve your vocal technique
- Get to know your body-instrument
- Gain confidence in your voice
- Improve your musicianship
- Train your ear
- Experiment with harmony and improvisation
- Test out your performance skills
- ENJOY YOURSELF!
