Chrysalis Therapy Training was formed by two professionally qualified, experienced and passionate holistic therapists and tutors, Cindy and Joanne, to provide a unique learning experience. Our courses and workshops are designed to provide students with the necessary tools to faciliate growth and change, related to either their career or personal development.

Chrysalis Therapy Training is an approved assessment centre by the Vocational Training Charitable Trust (VTCT).

THE SMALL PRINT
A 40% deposit is required to secure a place on all of our courses and workshops. The balance is required in full 1 month prior to the first day of the course or workshop. Failure to pay any remaining balance on time will incur a late payment charge of £25. Payment is due immediately should the booking be made within 31 days of the first day of the course or workshop. Please note all deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellations will only be accepted if made in writing and received at least 91 days before the first day of the course or workshop. In this case 75% of the balance paid will be refunded and all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
For cancellations made within 61 – 91 days of the first day of the course or workshop, 50% of the balance paid will be refunded all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
For cancellations made within 31 – 60 days of the first day of the course or workshop, 25% of the balance paid will be refunded all future monthly payments will be cancelled.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the first day of the course or workshop cannot be accepted and any monies paid will not be refunded. Any remaining balances that are unpaid will remain due in full. Please be advised we will take steps to recover all monies due.
In exceptional circumstances such as serious illness Chrysalis Therapy Training will consider, at our discretion a transfer to another course date upon submission of written evidence such as a letter from a General Medical Practitioner. Please note in these cases an administration fee of £25 will apply.
In the unlikely event of Chrysalis Therapy Training cancelling a course you will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
For courses and workshops that require prerequisites, evidence must be shown prior to the first day.
Chrysalis Therapy Training reserves the right to alter course dates or hours if necessary however every attempt will be made to accommodate students with as little inconvenience as possible.
