I have been teaching Tai Chi for 25 years and am an instructor in traditional Wu style Tai Chi from Shanghai. Our line of Tai Chi descends from the most famous Tai Chi teacher Wu Jian Chuan. I am also a practitioner in Shiatsu, Tui Na, Qu Gong and Chinese Herbal Medicine.
