If you’ve never done Pilates before, why not make 2012 the year you try Pilates with a Pilates Foundation accredited and pre/post-natal specialist teacher?

Pilates will help create a stronger core, firmer buttocks, flatter stomach, improve posture and long, lean arms & legs. Pilates can also aid relaxation and reduce stress levels.
