Katrina Love Senn teaches Healing Hatha Yoga which is her own blend of yoga, breathing, stretching, visualisation, intention and personal enquiry. It helps students to strengthen their body-mind connection, activating richer levels of creativity and spirituality.
Katrina's classes draw on her extensive experience teaching at international healing retreat centres around the world. She infuses her yoga classes with kindness, compassion and a sense of play. Her classes are suitable for students of all levels including beginners.
For Katrina, yoga is a powerful tool for total transformation. Through the practice of yoga, you give yourself a gift; a safe space to look within, gaining new insights and using these as a chance to see all the answers that reside inside of you. Being on the mat, is a way that you can heal, build strength and find the courage to take a powerful step forward in your life.

It can help you to get clear on your old stories, repeated thoughts, lingering habits, limitations and fears so that you can move beyond them if you choose to.
