Beckenham Class:

My Name is Lance Balzaretti and I am a Franchise instructor for the Hine Tai Chi Schools Ltd. I have been training with Master John Hine for 8 years and assist him at his seminars. By day I am a sales manager and I started Tai Chi because after retiring from Judo with knee problems I was looking for a low impact form of exercise and Tai Chi fitted the bill perfectly with its slow, rhythmic movements and there was no impact to my knees or back. I love Tai Chi because of its slow meditative movements and I can practise it every day, no matter where I am, on holiday or at home or in the park. I also assist at one of Master Hine's own classes in Petts Wood.
