There is a widespread belief that yoga is only for those who are already flexible, or thin, or at some sort of peak of physical fitness; this is absolutely not the case. Yoga offers a wonderful opportunity to understand whatever body it is that we have, to enjoy it and treat it with the love and care which we all deserve.

My primary focus is to listen to your needs and experience first, and from there help to build a self practice (ie one you can do on your own, as often as you like and at your own convenience) together. I generally base this within the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence. I have however worked with a very wide range of clients, everyone from elite athletes to those with debilitating conditions and real challenges with mobility. I'd like to think that between yoga and me we can find a helpful practice for pretty much anyone.
