Spanish lessons with an experienced & native teacher in Newcastle, with 9 years experience teaching in the UK.

Let me tell you a bit about myself: my name is Leticia - I am a professional Spanish private tutor from Granada in southern Spain.

I have been living in the UK for the last 9 years and speak English fluently with a full range of experience in the teaching field. I came to the UK to study English at Cambridge and I then moved Leicester for three years and after that I lived in London for another three years, where I worked as a student adviser, and taught Spanish to adults in an academy in central London, I've been based in Newcastle upon Tyne since 2015 and I am very pleased to be here, I absolutely love the North East!

I have experience of working in academies and charities, as well as teaching Spanish privately for adults, teenagers and children, onsite and online.

Whatever your proficiency level is, from beginners to advanced, you are welcome to study with me. If you want to learn Spanish for holidays, or for work, or would like to improve your Spanish conversational skills, or if you are a student and need extra help with exams or essays for University, A-levels or GCSE - I am here to help you!

I offer help with University, college, high school and DELE exams as well as Spanish for business. I can also proofread your essays, revise your oral presentations and help you prepare a job interview in Spanish.

I have also spent some time in Mexico, and I am familiar with Latin American accent, grammar and culture - if you are planning to do volunteering in Latin America and would like to learn or practise your Spanish before you go, I can definitely help you.

Lessons are with a professional teacher who is a native Spanish speaker and who speaks fluent English. Lessons take place in my home- I have a lovely and cosy teaching studio and you'd be offered a delicious free hot drink while you learn in a relaxed atmosphere, with materials, books, audio and CDs. Lessons can also be arranged at your home.
