We heart Pole is a fantastic way to get fit! It combines the art of pole dancing with an all over body workout and is designed specifically to increase muscular strength and tone, improve cardiovascular fitness, boost confidence and have fun! Classes run as 6 week block courses and private lessons are available for individuals, groups and hen parties.
