Louis is a professionally qualified leadership coach with an impressive track record in leadership development and organisational transformation. His varied experience has included a career as a Researcher and Lecturer in Psychology, a period working in IT design and delivery in both the Public and Private Sectors, as well as holding a number of Senior Executive positions within a Global ICT company. He has extensive experience of the Global Telecoms and ICT Sectors and has been responsible for the strategic design and implementation of several initiatives in these areas, such as enhancing leadership effectiveness, performance improvement, and collaborative working using social networks.
He enjoys working with high-potential developing leaders as they navigate the challenges of transformation, globalisation and optimisation within their organisations. His style has been described as both challenging and supportive, and always focused on learning and sustained change.
