Lucas Castrounis
Lucas Castrounis studied the Wing Chun & Kali systems at `The Basement` London UK under the personal guidance of Si Fu Nino Bernardo, student of `King of talking hands` Master Wong Shun Leung in Hong Kong (the foremost Bruce Lee teacher). Master Wong is one of the few who had completed the entire Wing Chun system under Grand Master Yip Man.
Lucas Castrounis is teaching regular at "The Reading Kwoon (HQ)" Berks.
The Kwoon is open five days a week to suit the different training schedules and patterns of individuals.

* First day based on: Siu Lim Tao form ( First form of the system) , structure , applications & Lat Sao Jik Chung ( Spring loading forward hands energy ).
* The second day based on: Cham Kiu form ( Second form of the system), applications, kicks and of how to closed the gap between yourself and an opponent.

o The seminar is open to members & non-members, beginner/advance practitioners and regardless Wing Chun lineage.
