Kundalini Yoga is known as the Yoga of Awareness. It is a potent and effective system of self-transformation and personal development. It stimulates individual growth through systematic techniques that strengthen the nervous system and balances the glandular system (the guardians of health), for increased vitality. Meditation improves concentration, sharpens awareness and gives the direct experience of consciousness.

Lydia is affiliated with KYTA (Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association) and is certified by KRI (Kundalini Research Institute).

Open Drop-In Class

This open Kundalini yoga class will help you to develop your inner and outer wellbeing, taking you on a journey of both mental and physical self-discovery. I will give you guidance on learning or developing common posture and breathing practices and will encourage you to listen to your body so that you are comfortable practicing at home or in future classes.

Kundalini yoga is a dynamic blend of postures, pranayam, mantra, and meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing and elevation. Balancing body and mind enables you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.

This class is taught by both Harsanjog Kaur (Lydia) and Siri Jot Kaur on alternate weeks
