I am passionate about Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Many years ago I was very ill with a neurological disease, through TCM I am completely healed.

My journey started with Tai chj. I truly believe in the benefits of tai chi as I have personally experienced first hand how incredible it is for your body and mind.

Since then I have gained many qualifications in TCM and holistic healing.

I run classes, workshops and one to ones.

This is a class for beginners and intermediates.

Come dressed in comfortable clothing and bring a smile.
